Onsite Research: ACME Hotel Chicago

The ACME Hotel Chicago is about access to experiences that guests want. Instead of building out amenities that surround a hotel visit (restaurants, bars, entertainment, gyms), ACME has selected a location with partners that already excel in their givien areas. In the same building as the ACME, there is a well known Chicago bakery outpost & a bespoke bar.
The onsite research at the ACME focused on the two onsite partners, how these partners benefit both the guests & the hotel, as well as the shared space where guest could meet for fun or for work.
