Who is Steve?
Steve is 36 and is an ambitious executive. He travels frequently for work, both domestically and internationally. His typical business trips range from a few days or up to a week. Steve works for a head-hunting firm so he usually travels to major urban areas. He visits New York and Paris regularly.
Features Needed
His primary goal is getting his work done. He needs a quiet room with a desk and comfortable chair in addition to high-speed internet. Sometimes he travels with a colleague, so having a quiet meeting space in the hotel is also important so they can prepare for meetings together.
Behaviors and Habits
He often works more than 10 hours a day so he doesn’t have much time for sightseeing or exploring, though he will on occasion extend his stay to explore. A significant portion of his working day is having lunches, coffee, cocktails, and sometimes dinner with his fellow consultants. Consequently, he’s accustomed to a high caliber of food and the quality of food at the hotel is enough to make or break that hotel. Once he’s done with work, he likes to unwind at the bar.
